65th International Mathematical Olympiad  Contents The International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) stands as the most prestigious and widely recognized of all international Olympiads, expanding from its original seven participating countries to over a hundred today. The United Kingdom, a participant since 1967, has hosted the IMO three times before—in 1979, 2002, and 2019. This year, the event was initially scheduled to take place in Ukraine.
